The Promise
Dana Carter worked for a big real estate company for twelve years before she opened DC Property in 2014. She was tired of watching buyers get rushed and sellers get promised things that never happened.

Can I look at a home on the weekend?
Saturday mornings until 1pm, you can book right away. Sunday works by request: nearest weekday time, or a callback.
How does booking actually work?
The agent checks what times are open right now, gives you a couple of choices, and sends a calendar invite once it's set.
Need to change or cancel?
Just give the email you used to book. It'll get found, moved or cancelled, and you'll get a new invite.
Can I offer less than the asking price?
That's something to talk through with the agent properly, not a quick answer over the phone.
Do you handle rentals?
A small number of nice rentals in Johannesburg. The AI agent can tell you about one and book a showing. Lease details go through the human agent.
